1)  Buy the Best Beans - the fresher the beans the better!  Local roasters are great for this.  The test of this is if the ground congeal and foam in a French Press.  You can buy the coffee in the Video @ http://www.allegrocoffee.com/coffee/coffee-products/coffee-blends/product/blend-4

2)  Buy a French Press - I recommend buy one made of glass that has no plastic parts touching the coffee.  That way no compounds from the plastic get into the coffee.  In my opinion even if a plastic is BPA free compounds from the plastic could get in the coffee when heated up.

3)  Use Heavy Whipping Cream instead of Coffee creamer or Half and Half.  Heavy Whipping cream has less carbs and sugar and nothing artificial in it.   Normally I like the Land O Lakes brand.

These 3 Secrets for the best coffee may seem simple but this is all it takes to make the best coffee at home.  Your coffee will be better then Starbucks or any coffee house you can visit.
